There is a ‘fine line’ between ‘enough’ & ‘too much’. This can be applied to many aspects of life. You can probably think of several situations/examples that are present in your life right now.
But to quickly apply this to your body & health it is all about listening! Listening to your body when you are performing chores or at work means that when you become conscious of an alarm signal (an ache, pain, discomfort, etc) STOP and analyze exactly what the body is alerting you to and then respond to it. Take an action step; whether that means stop what you are doing or alter your posture or position or stretch/extend.
Our bodies talk to us; we just have to listen. When we consistently do that we will stay in the ‘enough’ phase and not have to pay the consequences of venturing into the ‘too much’ world of hurt and symptoms.
